Fan Zeng (July 5, 1938-), a native of Nantong, Jiangsu Province, is a Chinese figure painter and calligrapher. He is now a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a doctoral tutor and researcher of the Chinese Academy of Art, a lifelong professor and doctoral tutor of Nankai University, and a tutor of the Chinese Academy of Culture of Peking University. "Special Adviser on Multiculturalism" of UNESCO, Honorary Dean of School of Art, Shandong University.
